Ortenca Apartment - Dubrovnik

We stayed here 1 night and had perfect 10/10 experience, recommend it. We chose this place for peaceful and magnificent location very close to bars & good reteraunts & a good supermarket, and local store/ bus stop and supermarket, and decent prices.

The hosts were superb, always fast and efficient in their online responses. The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, and inviting. The location was perfect, with easy access to the old town and local amenities.

We recently stayed at Ortenca Apartment for a few days and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect, close to both the port and the beach but still peaceful. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and the best water pressure in the showers. There are two outdoor areas, a vine-covered balcony and a charming patio. The host, Slavko, was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He even organized transportation and recommended great restaurants. We didn't want to leave!

I recently stayed at the Ortenca Apartment for a wonderful 4-day holiday. The owners of the apartment were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like part of their family. The location of the apartment in a quiet residential area was perfect, with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with great beds and bathrooms. We even had a fully equipped kitchen, making it feel like a home away from home. our stay was perfect, thanks to the excellent hospitality and comfort provided by the Ortenca Apartment.

I keep coming back because it's great. They helped me find a place to change money. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, kitchen, AC. Plus, there's hiking, fishing, and a 24-hour reception. I'm coming back for Christmas.

The bathroom had a nice shower with a hairdryer, which was great for getting ready in the mornings. The air conditioning in the apartment kept us cool during the hot Dubrovnik days. The balcony was a nice place to relax and enjoy the view. We also enjoyed watching satellite TV in the evenings. The kitchen was a bonus as it allowed us to prepare some of our own meals.

Personally, I found the air conditioning a bit too cold at times, but others might enjoy the coolness.

The balcony overlooking the fruit and vegetable garden was a peaceful retreat. We also appreciated the kind and accommodating host were pretty good to ensure our comfort. The location was ideal, with easy access to Old Town and plenty of restaurants nearby. our experience at Ortenca Apartment was really good, and we highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at a fantastic location in Lapad. the Carevic family at Ortenca Apartment went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They arranged a convenient transfer for us and even organized an early check, in with no hassle. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and chocolates, and Mrs Carevic even baked us a delicious traditional cake. the apartment was like a home, away, from, home, with beautiful views from the balconies and all the amenities we needed. the neighborhood was quiet and had a convenient store and bus stop just a minute away. the proximity to the sea and easy access to the Old Town made our holiday even more enjoyable. The exemplary hospitality of the host family made our stay truly unforgettable. Cons: Everything is what I need and want. 🌟.

I recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in Lapad called Ortenca. The location was perfect, with a convenience store just a 1-minute walk away and the main Lapad bus stop only 3 minutes away. The bus service was frequent and took less than 10 minutes to reach the Old Town. The promenade and bay nearby offered a beautiful walk with plenty of bars, cafes, and restaurants. The Carevic family who owned the apartment were amazing. They arranged a return transfer for us, provided an early check-in, and even had a bottle of red wine and chocolates waiting for us. They made us feel like family and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the showers had the best water pressure I've ever experienced. There were also two outdoor areas where we could relax and enjoy the sun. Within a minute's walk, we found a nice restaurant and mini market, and a bakery for breakfast supplies was just another minute away. We didn't want to leave at the end of our stay. I highly recommend Ortenca Apartment for an amazing holiday experience with exceptional hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at this modern and tastefully decorated apartment. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the bus stop for easy access to the old town and numerous restaurants. the apartment itself was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, including comfortable beds and a rainwater shower. the host was extremely helpful and even brought us homemade apple pie and new towels. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. a fantastic stay in a beautiful resort.

The beds were a little firm for our liking.
